Special cancellation conditions for group reservations (> 8 rooms) as well as in
exhibition and event times
For group reservations as well as in exhibition and event times cancellations up to
2 rooms are free of charge until 3 days before arrival
4 rooms are free of charge until 7 days before arrival
7 rooms are free of charge until 14 days before arrival
8 rooms are free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival

A change of occupancy of each room requires the prior agreement of the hotel and is only possible when capacity is available. The hotel reserves the right to assign a different category than the previously booked, at a change of occupancy.
Exhibition and Event times are especially trade fair events with an international character in Frankfurt, karting events at the Hunsrückring with supraregional participants including the training days, all the wine festivals, Oktoberfests and other events within 20 miles and at least 1,000 visitors and all meeting and training events in the immediate environment of the Frankfurt-Hahn Airport.
